Terms of Service

By using the MoTeez Cards online store (the "Store") or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, my Refund Policy, and my Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store. The Store is run by MoTeez Cards ("I", "me"). You can reach me through the contact page.

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to use the Store and make a purchase.

• Descriptions, photos, condition grades, and prices are provided in good faith and may contain errors. I may correct errors and cancel or refuse an order if needed, with a full refund.
• Prices are in US dollars and do not include shipping or applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout.
• Most cards are one-of-a-kind. Items can sell out, including on my other sales channels, and I may limit quantities per order.
• Card images may be stock images. Where I have posted my own photos, those show the actual card.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. I may accept or decline it for any lawful reason. Payment is handled by a third-party payment processor, and by paying you authorize the total shown at checkout, including shipping and taxes.

I ship from the United States. Orders normally ship within one to three business days. Orders of $10 or more ship tracked, and orders over $35 ship free. Smaller orders ship at a low flat rate and may not include tracking. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and carrier delays are outside my control. If your order has not arrived after a reasonable time, contact me through the contact page and I will look into it.

Returns and refunds are covered by my Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Gift cards bought in the Store can only be used for products I sell. They do not expire, carry no fees, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where the law requires it. Treat a gift card like cash: I cannot replace a card whose code has been lost, shared, or used without your permission. Gift cards cannot be resold, and I may void a card obtained fraudulently or through a payment that is later reversed.

You agree not to use the Store for anything unlawful, to try to break or gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or to use another person's account. You are responsible for keeping your login private and for activity under your account.

The Store's text, graphics, and the MoTeez Cards name belong to me or my licensors. Pokemon names, card artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. MoTeez Cards is an independent seller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, or Game Freak.

The Store and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protection law where you live says otherwise.

I may update these terms from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown on this page, and continuing to use the Store after a change means you accept the updated terms.
